Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only ship within the United States at this time.

My order hasn’t arrived yet.

If your order hasn't arrived yet, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Delays can occur due to various reasons. If the tracking status hasn't updated for more than 7 days, please let us know as well as contact the carrier directly.

My order says delivered but I can’t find it?

If your order says it has been delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors, look around your delivery location, and contact the carrier for more details. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

How does your guarantee work?

Our 30 day money-back guarantee allows for a refund of our products within 30 days of purchase for first time orders. Our Guarantee only applies to first time orders of our 4 & 8 count options. To initiate a refund, contact our customer service with your order number.
